We consider the school as a production unit. Administrators, teachers, and students are all workers in this unit. The product is not computers or cars, but knowledge and ideas that go into the students' minds. Since the students are the ones who receive the product, they should be the most concerned that the product is good. This is why in SABIS^® schools staff and students work together as a team. Everyone has a job to do, everyone is accountable. Administrators, students and staff "self-audit" in order to discover errors and correct them. It is teamwork that allows us to reach heights that are difficult to reach otherwise.
