Documents Needed
a. A completed application form. (Either obtain a form from the office and complete it or ask for a form by e-mail, or you can even download a PDF format)
b. A completed medical form, which should also be obtained from the office or by email. Please mention any medical problem which we need to know about to ensure the full safety of your children.
    To satisfy the requirements of the ministry of education, the following items should also be provided:
c. The most recent original school report from the previous school. The report should show the class, date and results, and if issued by a school in
* Muscat, it should carry the stamp of the school. A transfer certificate, attested by the Educational Zone, is also required. (We will keep a photocopy of the school report).
* GCC countries:
(i) For GCC Nationals, the school report should carry the stamp of the school. A transfer certificate, attested by the Ministry of Education, is also required. (We will keep the original school report and the transfer certificate).
(ii) For expatriates in GCC countries, the school report should be attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Oman in that country. (We will keep the original school report and the transfer certificate)
* For all countries, it should be attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Oman in that country. (We will keep the original school report or the transfer certificate). A letter of equivalence should be obtained from the Ministry of Education in Oman (Department of private school).
d. Birth Certificate.
* If the Birth Certificate is issued in Muscat , no attestation is required.
* If the Birth certificate is issued in a country outside Muscat (except USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or a West Europe), the student's original Birth Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Oman in that country (We will only take a photocopy of the birth certificate). All birth certificates should be in either English or Arabic (if translation is done outside Muscat, attestation procedure -as above- should apply)
* For GCC Nationals, the above mentioned attestations are not required.e. A copy of the passports of the children and their guardian, showing a valid residence visa.
f. Four recent passport-size photographs, with the name on the back.

Once all the above documents are handed in, they become the property of the school
